Becoming an Associate
As a Free Member, you will continue to receive
property investment alerts by Email. You pay nothing until you are ready to become an Associate.
As an Associate Member, you can apply for the following:
- First Option on all properties, some of which go so quickly, they never reach our web site. You will be informed of new opportunities before our free members.
- A Certificate of Mortgage Eligibility provided by a third party mortgage advisor. This will assist you in qualifying your status for a UK Buy-to-Let mortgage.
- Guaranteed places at each Members Day where you will meet other investors and get to know our professional team. You will have VIP status and first option on any properties being offered.
- £250 rebate if you introduce a friend who also becomes a buying Associate. This is only payable when that person exchanges contracts on their first purchase and pays their Arrangement Fee for that property (see below). We do not make any payments for Registration Fees only.
The cost of becoming an Associate is:
- A one-time Administration Fee of £1,500 + VAT. If you purchase five off-plan properties through us in your first year of membership, this fee will be refunded in full. Many of our Associates have now received back their initial fee.
Your ongoing charges are:
- 2% + VAT Arrangement Fee on any properties you purchase. This varies occasionally.

With the help of a buy-to-let mortgage, you will become the owner of a property with
Instant Equity of almost £19,000 Even taking into account your one-time Registration fee of £1,500 + VAT, you have an immediate gain on your first property of over £17,000.
Assuming a very modest 5% increase in property values over the next year, your profit will be over £26,000. Left to compound, this would grow to
a massive £60,000 in five years. This illustrates the power of leverage. Imagine if you did just three of these deals each year? The above example is based on us negotiating a minimum of 15% discount -
some deals are even better!
Of course, whilst property normally increases in value, it can also fall in value. However, the achieved discount provides a significant cushion against a possible fall. Remember also, that a long term view should be taken. Some properties in the UK have risen in value by over
10,000% in the last fifty years. This means that a property worth £5,000 in the mid fifties is worth over £500,000 today.
Whilst past performance does not guarantee future performance, it can safely be assumed that property in general, is arguably the best performing investment vehicle in history.
